Miloš Pandžić is a founding Partner of PSG Legal with over 14 years of experience advising clients across Serbia and the Western Balkans. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, M&A, real estate, banking and finance, energy and mining. He regularly advises lenders, investors, developers and sponsors on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including real estate financings, investment structuring, portfolio deals and development projects.

He holds a law degree from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law. Miloš is recognized by Legal 500 as a Next Generation Partner for Serbia in Corporate/M&A and Real Estate, and by IFLR1000 as a Notable Practitioner. Clients value his clear, pragmatic and business-oriented advice.

Tanja Glišić is a founding Partner of PSG Legal and a German-speaking attorney with extensive experience in employment law, corporate/M&A, compliance, ESG, data protection and regulatory advisory. She advises numerous German-speaking companies on cross-border projects in Serbia and the Adriatic region, particularly on employment-law matters, ESG compliance and regulatory requirements.

She holds an LL.M. from the University of Cologne, is a TÜV-certified compliance officer, and a registered patent attorney in Serbia. Tanja served as Chair of the Legal Committee of the German-Serbian Chamber of Commerce (AHK). Clients value her clarity, efficiency and cross-border expertise.

Milan Ljubić is an Attorney at Law at PSG Legal specializing in criminal law, white-collar crime and compliance. He represents corporations and individuals in corporate fraud, financial crime, tax-related offenses and government investigations, and advises on anti-bribery, anti-money laundering (AML) and regulatory compliance frameworks.

Aleksandra Stojanović is a founding Partner of PSG Legal, specializing in corporate and commercial law, M&A, competition and antitrust and intellectual property. She holds an LL.B. and LL.M. from the University of Niš and is currently pursuing a PhD in Law (Law & Economics). Jelena Ćešić is an Attorney at Law at PSG Legal, focusing on employment law, dispute resolution and data protection.
